Take Time Out

Away from the stresses of life that are around you, it is important to ‘take time out’ each day for yourself. This is a time when you can relax your mind and body. This will re-energise yourself, by allowing you to take charge of the thought and emotions that you are experiencing. If you are unsure of how you can do this, here are a few examples:

  • Listen to music

  • Read an article or your favourite book

  • Walk along the beach
