Take Time Out

Away from the stresses of life that surround you, it is important to ‘take time out’ each day for yourself. This is a time when you can relax your mind and body, helping to re-energise you by allowing you to take charge of the thoughts and emotions that you are experiencing.

 

If you are unsure of how you can do this, here are a few examples that work for me:

  • Listening to music

  • Reading an article or your favourite book

  • Walking along the beach

  • Going for a walk

  • Enjoying a coffee with friends

  • Taking some photographs

  • watching your favourite movie
